- Obtain personal credit report(s)
- Dissect the credit report(s) and analyze the data
- Discuss with client(s) the plan of attack
- Prepare the proper dispute letters and send to clients for their approval and signatures
- Clients are to mail the letters from the USPS, (certified with return receipt)
- Wait for responses from the CRO’s (consumer reporting organizations), Equifax, Experian and TransUnion
- Responses will go to you , the consumer, and they in turn must be faxed to our office

No single dispute works every time. We keep trying new interventions.
It might take multiple dispute rounds to get all the items removed or cleaned up.
Patience is truly a virtue when it comes to credit repair. Don’t jump the gun and expect to get results overnight. Achieving results can take time. All too often clients will send a dispute letter then 15 days later want to send another letter to make sure they received the first letter. Just wait patiently (at least 45 days) before taking action. If they do not respond quickly, our next letter will mention their violation of the FCRA and they will be reported to the CFPB. Either way, remain patient and in control.
